Thomson is number 2 on my pick list, but Reed-Elsevier is real hungry.
This is their last chance to get a big piece of the US legal market, and
I think they might overpay for the opportunity. Once Mead is gone, Reed
is pretty much out of it.
Reed has big bucks, and so does Thomson. My thought is that first bidder
with a high price might get it.
