We have a summer associate who has been asked to do some research on the use
of expert witnesses in trial. Just about everything we have dug up so far
cites to Galileo's Revenge (he has it and is using it). Does anyone know of
anything else out there that is directly on this area. I have not started to
look into general history of law texts, or history of trial practice. That is
going to be my next step. But, as with all summer associates, he will not be
happy until he finds a BOOK ALL ABOUT IT.
Please don't go on a long or extensive search, I'll do that myself. Just let
me know if anything comes across your mind.
Thanks you very much.
(I knew that I would be posting more questions when the SAs arrived.)
