Seems that my clerical staff wants to shield me from the unpleasantries
of CCH. He has been taking care of all the problems with CCH and it does
seem that we've been having problems. When I asked "Have we been having
problems with non receipt of reports?" his answer was "That's an
understatement!" But....he's been calling the person at the missing
pages department and has been receiving the missing reports (2 out of 4
subscriptions to the same title, etc.) the same week. But this problem
of receiving partial subscriptions has been happening for the past 2-3
months. I'm going to have a talk with my rep and find out why it's
happening. But I do thank the list. I wouldn't have thought to ask if
there was a problem since my staff has been taking care of it without
me. Thank heavens for small favors!
