I have been having a heck of a time with CCH! Not only can I NOT get
replacement pages for filing reports - I can't get them to stop sending
me reports to services I've cancelled! In addition they're trying to
drive me crazy (I'm convinced) by not sending me the correct number of
reports for my multiple subscriptions to the Fed Securities Law Reporter
(small set) - my securities/ corporate attorneys get very upset when 8
reports are routed and I have nine subscriptions - how do I explain that
to the attorney who didn't get his set updated while the rest of them
did?! Then it takes at least a month to get the missing report meanwhile
the next report has already come out and this time CCH shorted me by two
reports. I don't feel like my rep is to blame but am getting tired of
feeling like I'm getting the run around! I remember when the customer
service of CCH was very responsive - maybe they've gotten so big they
don't particularly care anymore.
