We have also been experiencing problems, though thank goodness not on
your scale! We missed three February updates for one service. After
sending fax requests in March and April, we talked to our local rep (a
good guy) in May, and received ONE of the missing updates. I'm sure the
others will be out of print soon if this keeps up. CCH used to be much
more responsive. Maybe the power of the Internet will inspire them to put more
"Service" into "Customer Service"...
