We, too have been having trouble receiving CCH releases, but then we are
in Chicago, and Chicago's postal system is not world famous for its
ineptitude. Be that as it may, we have generally gotten the pages for
filing for all releases we have requested. It does take some time, for
they have to order the releases from their warehouse, which then sends
them out slow boat to China and back. I have, however, had rotten luck
getting the newsletters that go with the missing filing pages.
Also, I have tried twice to get, for the INheritance, Estate & Gift Tax
Reporter, the pages for our home state, which are part of our subscription.
When this kind of situation arises, however, most of the time CCH will
send us a complete compiled set of the affected volumes, if it is a
situation where we haven't been receiving the releases. Check with your
rep to see if this is a possibility, especially if CCH hasn't been able to
supply you with the releases bacause stock is exhausted.
Hope this helps.
