Has anyone been experiencing a problem with Commerce Clearing House
service?
Since October, we have been having a terrible time getting missing releases,
pages, etc. from CCH. We have done everything we can think of to get releases
we need for 8 of our titles. After months of faxing requests, speaking to the
representative, the regional manager, and the president's secretary, we have
managed to acquire all but 2. It seems that because they are out of these
releases, we are out of luck until CCH decides to print up some more (which , of
course, they can't tell us when they will get around to doing). I am so fed up, I
would cancel every single one of their services if I could.
I would be interested in hearing if anyone else is having similar problems and if
anyone has any suggestions as to what might be done.
