RE: CD ROM PRICING

It was recently suggested in LAW-LIB that "In short, regardless of the
configuration of the comparison of print and CD-ROM versions of a
publication . . . the CD-ROM version of a publication seems to come
out with a higher price than its print counterpart."

Certainly this is not the case with the U.S. Code. The U.S. Code
is available through the U.S. Government Printing Office for about
$1,200 for the print version but only $34 for the CD-ROM version.
