Let me get this straight. BNA is no longer going to publish the
Environmental Reporter State Laws & Regs. in hard copy, only on CD ROM. And
they aren't going to give us a substantial price break on the subscription
on CD ROM over what we've paid for the hard copy? It s much cheaper for
them to produce this stuff on CD ROM. If we don't get a price break beause
of the format change, we're getting ripped off.
This is very high-handed of them. I don't want this material in CD ROM,
but they want to force me to take it that way.
I think this is nuts. Do these people ever do market research?
