I am conducting a study on the use of bar-codes in the retail sector
relating, among other things,to the obligation of price disclosure.
I have read that there is an obligation to indicate the price of the goods
individually in 7 states across the US. Could someone send me a copy of one
of the laws implementing this obligation? Do you know about books, articles
on this question?
Are there examples of problems related to the use of bar codes in a way
that could offend the privacy of consumers (cration of consumption
profiles).
