I just spoke to my BNA rep. to clarify the confusion about the
Environmental Reporter. He told me that the State Regulations is the
only print section that is being discontinued. Everything else will
still be available in print format.
BNA (according to my rep.) is making this change to facilitate keeping
state regulations up-to-date. The print version is as much as two
months out of date before we receive it (depending on the state). To
ease the transition, BNA is providing, free of charge, a CD reader and
a subscription to the complete state regulations CD-ROM for the time
remaining on your print subscription or 90 days, which ever is longer.
Hope this clears up some of the rumors flying on the 'net.
