One of my attorneys is looking for a speech that Richard Nixon
supposedly made to the ABA Section on Antitrust Law. The attorney
says that ABA hasn't responded to his inquiries, and the Nixon Library
in Yorba Linda says they're not organized enough to be able to locate
it. We have no date or even an approximate date.
I've tried the NEWS, ABA, and TRADE libraries on Lexis/Nexis,
_Public Papers of the Presidents_ and _Weekly Compilation_ for the
Nixon years, and made a cursory search of the New York Times index
from the NYT's pre-online years.
If anyone has any other suggestions, or even knows where I can find
the text of this speech, I'd appreciate it if you'd reply directly
to me. TIA.
