My rep let me know several weeks ago that the Environmental
Reporter was to be discontinued in the hardcopy. The reason
being that the volumes would increase to twenty-one or more
due to extensive changes and make the costs of maintaining
and printing it excessive.
I only subscribe to the Environmental Reporter CDrom with
the California state regulations. We have it on our LAN and
it works quite well. One of the reasons I went with the CD
was that BNA provided a player which worked on our network.
I agree with Cindy, that we should pressure BNA to keep the
cost of the CDRom sets reasonable. I believe BNA will also
allow the CDs to be accessed on a WAN as well as a LAN
without prohibitive multi user charges.
