We just received our letter from BNA stating they will cease publication
of the "Environment Reporter's" state laws and regulations in print as of
June 30, 1994. The Federal & State laws and regulations will now only be
offered on CD-Rom. What you may not be aware of is that the CD-Rom does
NOT include the Decisions, Current Developments, and the mining section.
These will be offered at a separate subscription price of $1546.00 for
the Decisions & Current Developments and $400.00 for the Mining volumes.
Prices may vary.
If you have not yet received this letter, I recommend you contact
your sales representative to get a copy, and to get more information.
The current pricing schedule for the CD-ROM makes it expensive to pick and
choose, and the cost of the CD-Rom (all volumes) is $6,748.00.
Our sales representative is very cooperative about answering my
questions, but I am curious to see what you think and intend to do before
we make any decisions.
