INFORMATION LAW ALERT SETS UP STOREFRONT AT MARKETPLACE.COM
May 1, 1994--Information Law Alert has established a
storefront at MarketPlace.com, an on-line shopping mall. The
newsletter covers legal disputes and major regulatory
developments involving telecommunications, wireless technology,
and intellectual property.
The complete set of issues of Information Law Alert for 1994
is available starting today. The current issue includes an
expose of the "Energizer Bunny" patent; an analysis of why the
McCaw-AT&T merger may be in trouble; and a brief history of
cryptography patents, among other stories.
Customers can sample Information Law Alert by visiting
MarketPlace.com. The complete texts of two recent issues are
available at no cost. The remaining issues of Information Law
Alert can be ordered for a nominal fee.
Customers interested in a particular area can also order
topical bundles of related stories that have appeared in
Information Law Alert. The bundle on cryptography, for
