If you are now designing a new library or have done so in the past year
or two, I am interested in how new technologies have affected the size of
your new space. Roughly how does the new space compare in size to your
prior space? [Please do not feel you need exact figures to respond:
"increasing" or "decreasing" and a general percentage will be helpful;
comparisons of square feet for the library or linear feet of shelving
will be both be of interest.] Are you replacing or supplementing your
current collection with CD-ROM? Relying more on online services?
