I am trying to locate an 1985 Iowa Insurance Commissioners' Ruling which
dealt with the insolvency of the Iowa National Mutual Insurance Company.
In it the Commissioner held that the insurance agent was liable, out of
pocket, for the unearned portion of the premium, whether collected or
uncollected. Already checked online sources. If anyone can help, please
let me know. Thanks.
