I am trying to obtain a copy of Texas Ethics Opinion 167 (1958) (salaried
counsel may defend lasuits and prsecute subrogation cases). Westlaw's
coverage is from 1977, I have tried the Texas Ethics Commission
Electronic Bulletin Board (no luck) Texas state bar does not fax. If you
