We have a file like the one you mention, though it was created to allow
library patrons access to these papers. We use Microsoft Works for the
Macintosh to create and update the database. We also house the last several
years of the papers, as well. Using a pc to create the database allows us
to create reports in several different formats. We also do a limited form
of subject indexing , though the categories are very broad.
