X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.3 PL8]
At Northwestern we have a subscription to CCH Access, CCH's online service.
We have some faculty passwords and a restricted student password. We have
the software loaded on a PC in our lab. In the year + that we've had
it there has been very little use other than by the faculty member
who recommended it to the Library. It's a good service for coverage, but
the front-end software is terribly slow once one has become used to
Westlaw/LEXIS at 9600 baud. Hope this helps.
