training on non-Lexis/Westlaw databases

I would like to know if anyone is training students how to use or demonstrating
to them online databases other than Wetlaw/Dialog and Lexis/Nexis? At the
University of Southern California we have been demonstrating to students in a
real estate transactions class a database called DATAQUICK which is similar to
the more recent ASSETS library in Lexis. (Since the addition of the Lexis
material we now demonstrate both). This was originally done at the request of
the professor who wanted the students to be aware of the existence of the
database and what it can provide them. Fortunately, we were able to negotiate
an discounted rate.

We are now exploring the possibility of making arrangements with INFORMATION
AMERICA to have either some sort of an educational account or demonstration
software in order to incorporate better the existence of this database in our
lectures on commercial law research. (Demonstrating online searches with the
help of a data projector is better than just lecturing about a database.) Is
anyone already demonstrating INFORMATION AMERICA? Are there other databases
who discuss or demonstrate in legal research lectures? Have you negotiated
"educational" rates?

Please send responses to me directly rather than the general bulletin board.
I'll summarize the results (if any) and will report back. Thanks.
