Once again I need a little help. One of our Marine Affairs LLM students
is interested in obtaining copies of two cases arising under the 1969
Civil Liability Convention: the ANTONIO GRAMSCI and the GLOBE ASIMI. Both
cases involve oil spills from tankers.
Both cases are cited in an article by Mans Jacobsson titled "The Notion of
'Pollution Damage,' with Particular Regard to Damage to the Marine
Environment." (Sorry, that's all the info I have right now.)
I've checked LX and WL but I have been unable to find anything other than
news accounts. I also have sent a letter to the International Oil
Pollution Compensation Fund in London asking for their assistance.
Any help in locating court reports of these two cases would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
