Speaking to the 800 help desk DOES get you the What's Internet? response. We
are using Westlaw thru Internet here at the Univ. of Tulsa, but since we are
beta test, I can't release the protocol. However, call Westlaw and ask for
Wayne O. Johnson--he is working with the beta test program and could
