WE haven't had requests from students to circulate videos yet, but I
don't think we should really treat them much differently than books. A
lot of the books in our circulating collection are quite expensive too.
And we can't make backup copies of the books either. Our policy there
is that any student who damages a book or does not return it must pay
for it plus a $10 processing fee. I think our policy for videos would
be the same.
