Good question about interlibrary loan. I personally would favor providing ILL
services to these "little guys", for a fee to cover our costs, so long as we had
some sort of assurance (like a deposit) that they would return the material when
due, if what they are getting is more than a photocopy. I am passing this
suggestion along to our OUTLAW people to see whether we can incorporate it into
our program.
