We have just received faculty approval to cancel our subscriptions to state
and territorial Shepard's citators, with the exception of those for Illinois,
New York, and California. (We will also retain subscriptions for the
regionals, federal, and subject matter citators.) Because I recalled this
being a topic of conversation some months ago on law-lib, I thought I would
post the news. If any of you would be interested in discussing the process
by which we reached this decision, please feel free to contact me.
