The action on Little-Brown's part to take its top 1000 clients and
move them to telemarketing certainly seems to be real. I spoke
with our rep from EBG (the group that was handling our account for
Little-Brown) and was informed that this is indeed the case.
My suggestion / request is that everyone who is even the slightest
bit annoyed, miffed, frustrated or put off by this would
contact the following people, in writing, with your complaints:
