One of our attorneys is looking for legislative history or cases
of Section 11 of the Sex Discrimination Act of 1975 and Section 10 of the
Race Relations Act of 1976. He has researched these statutes
extensively, including relevant treatises such as Hepple on Employment
Law, but with no success.
Can anyone suggest any sources in which he might look?
