We have been trying to set up Bancroft Whitney's LawDesk CD-ROM product
for Cal and Cal App 2d-4th series on our Novell 3.11 network for the last
4 months and I feel like I am at the end of my rope trying to figure out
how to make this work. Our MIS group has been working out the bugs but we
still can't get it to work properly. Each user in the test group has to
set up their own print commands and we can't seem to keep a default print
setup on the network version. Customer service can't explain it and I'm
starting to think we are spending too much time and money on it.
Does anyone have the stand alone or network version of LawDesk and, if
you do, are you satisfied with it? I'd really like to hear from satisfied
customers or even unhappy customers because I can't find too many law
firms that are using it.
Any ideas or comments you have would be appreciated. Thanks!
