Hello everyone!
Again, I'm in need of assistance.
I'm looking for a copy of a Cushing Opinion -- 8 Op.
270 to be exact. I have found out that Cushing's Reports
are those of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court for
the years 18?? to 18??. Unfortunately for me, Lexis and
Westlaw only go back to 1899. I do not have an exact date
for the case I need, but believe it to be 1860 or thereabouts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
