                 LIBRARY/LAW: DOCUMENTS/SERIALS LIBRARIAN.

                  Emory University School of Law Libary

The Law Library is a GPO Depository and a depository for Euroepean
Community documents.

Responsibilities: Administers Government Documents and Serials Department;
provides reference to users in U.S. and E.C. documents; supervises 3
full-time staff; will be responsible for implementing a new serials and
documents check-in system using Sirsi, which will replace DOBIS as the
University's automated library system. Participates as a member of the
administrative staff in advising the Associate Director and the Director
on library policy and long-range planning.

Requirements: MLS from an ALA-accredited school; 3-5 years experience in
government documents; experience with integrated library systems and
on-line searching; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Available: December 1, 1993
