Greetings Everyone
Am looking for a copy of a 3rd Circ decision of June 25,1993,
entitled Black Horse Pike School District. It was alluded to
in a National Law Journal caption box from 7/12/93. Can anyone
give me a clue--looked in all the usual places and have come up
empty handed.
