LEGAL-EZE warning

Have any of you had any experiences with the LEGAL-EZE software from
the Numina Group? We had a demonstration of it over a month ago and
it looked ok. The price was right ($20 per computer in the Computer
Center) so we bought it and arranged a demo for students from 10am to
7pm today. I placed several calls to their offices to tell them that
the software they sent was bad. The student representative they hired
also could not get her software to work and placed calls and left
messages like I had. The day of the demo arrived and I wasn't sure if
they were coming or not. The sales representative I spoke to, Glen
Spence did show up. He insisted on doing the demo in the hallway
outside the library. He had prepared the fliers with the location listed
as the Computer Center. Our Associate Director told him she could not
give him permission, he would have to talk to the Dean of Student Affairs.
After being very rude to our Associate Director, he went up to talk to
the Dean. He reappeared and then next thing we knew, he had disappeared.
Students have been asking for a demos and we are telling them that we can
not endorse the product after such behavior. Does anyone have this
LEGAL-EZE software? Can you let me know how it works and if you have
received better treatment?
