We also treated the new v. 10 "supplement" as a replacement, but retained
the replaced volume. The volume seems to be merely a reprinting of
something we get free from GPO anyway, but we didn't want to risk confusing
users any more than they already will be by the "supplement" reference and
the non-uniformity of the new volume, so we kept it and paid for it, but not
happily.
