We received v. 10 as well. Although it is listed in the accompanying
material as a supplement to v. 10, it looked more like a replacement
volume 10 and we treated it as such--although I did keep the prior v. 10
just in case! This would also seem to explain the separate billing. The
write up that came with it was very misleading and confusing. One of the
worst I've seen
