Hello,
I recently launched a newsletter called The Internet Letter and am making
it available in print and electronically, as I want to exemplify the
technology I'm writing about.
However, I am grappling with how to deal with electronic copyright. I
understand that the federal copyright law does not apply to electronic
materials. What kind of electronic copyright policy can a business have if
there is no law to enforce it?
Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.
