Could you be thinking of Wypyski: Legal Periodicals in English? This publicatio
n does list frequency and number of issues when the publication does not
follow the general frequency planned.

Subject: Substantive lists on law
Folks:
Sorry to be so long in answering Claire's query; I was out of
town and not reading mail.
Frankly, the response to our offer of space and support for
substantive lists has been dismal; we are currently supporting
three small, private lists with narrow interests in the field of
electronic publishing in addition to the TEKNOIDS list and some
local lists established mostly for the convenience of University
committees with strong roots in the law school.
I've been disappointed without being surprised by this response.
My own impression is that the number of law faculty (outside
librarians and known techno-junkies) using listservs in general
is pretty small. Some of our local folks have expressed doubt
about whether they really need anything more to read ... but I
think the real problem is that nobody wants to be first. A
successful experiment would, I think, have an enormous catalyzing
effect. Another possible barrier is that listservs and Internet
technology in general may not be effectively proselytized and
supported at the local level in a lot of places. We ourselves
are somewhat behind where I feel we should be in this respect.
So, I'm still looking for a real barn-burner to get things
rolling.... any volunteers?
Regards,
Tb.
