I need to make an addendum to my comments of last week about the
copicard readers on computer printers. I have been told that not all
is well as I had presumed -- the one problem is that sometimes a form
sheet is left in the printer and when the next person comes to print
the cost of one copy is automatically taken off of their copicard.
The only way we can presently fix this problem is to have the
students turn off the printer when they are finshed printing to
clear the memory. The next person will have to turn the printer back
when ready to print. Any other suggestions?
