You are not alone!! We have experienced the same problem at the Univ.
of Akron. They installed the upgrade during the summer when our use
was low. Right before classes started Mead called me and asked if we
had any problems with the upgrade--I told them not yet but on the
first day of classes we started experiencing the same problem you
described. I had 5 terminals all with the same problem and several
very frustrated students wondering how they were going to access
LEXIS. I reported the problem to our Rep and he was aware of it.
He said that they were working on the problem and that he would keep
me informed as to what they were doing to correct it. I guess
the start of fall semester would not be complete without a
change in LEXIS to confuse our students and to keep us busy.
