I need a partner for the February 1995 "train for Tomorrow" Institute. I'm
a reference librarian at the Law Library of Louisiana who teaches paralegal
students at the University of New Orleans. Is there anyone out there like
me who's applying so late because he or she just got funding? I hope so!
