Does anyone know of an electronic source for the statutory
language of the GATT implementation legislation. I am interested
in the bill and the Statement of Administrative Action from the
Clinton Administration that accompanies the legislation. As of
5:00 p.m., 9/27/94 the bill had not been introduced, so if there
is an electronic version of the bill it would be a draft copy.
The U.S. Trade Representative has limited copies of the Statement
but they can not be removed from their offices.
