As I have mentioned to this list before, we cancelled ALL of our Shepard's
services several years ago and rely on online systems. Although this caused
some initial shouts. EVERYONE is happy with the current system, even the few
older attorneys that have to come to me for assitance (at least it gets them
into the library to see what these computer things are all about. My
suggestion to firms who are unhappy with Shepard's pricing or policies--GO FOR
IT! What could it hurt?
