We too have been having trouble communicating with CEB about our standing
orders. In fact, I have written two letters to Dick Lee who is the
Director of CEB.
They are in need of more staff and need to be made aware that their
standing order customers and especially LIBRARIES need their own customer
services representatives. Any problem we have had recently has dragged
on, simply because you can never get through to a live person and if you
do, they are so busy, it takes forever for them to take care of your
problem. They seem to be only interested in taking new orders and not
keeping their standing order customers happy.
I think this is a problem that needs to be tackled by SCALL for CEB to
take notice of our needs.
