Reps to Teach Research Redux

I apologize for clogging your arteries with this question again, but I am on
the last legs of preparing the "Our Question-Your Answers" column for the
Winter issue of Perspectives and thought I would give folks one more shot at
adding their two cents worth on the following:

"Should vendor representatives be used to teach computer-assisted legal
research, or other aspects of legal research, in either the law school or law
firm environments? If so, to what extend and under whose direction?"

Responses by e-mail, mail, or fax are welcome.

Thanks.---Frank Houdek, editor, "Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research &
Writing"
