Colleagues,
As per a patron request I am compiling a list of ACADEMIC/STUDENT EDITED
intellectual property journals -- which include articles on patents, trademarks
and/or copyrights. So far I have a very short list from US law schools, which
includes:
Fordham intellectual property, media and entertainment law journal (continues
Fordham entertainment, media & intellectual....) -- Fordham University, NY
Journal of intellectual property law -- University of Georgia
Idea -- Patent, trademark and copyright research institute, George Washington
University
Hastings communications and entertainment law journal (Comm/Ent) -- Hastings
College of Law, CA
Hofstra entertainment & copyright law digest -- Hofstra Entertainment &
Copyright Law Society
I any one could add to this list I would be most appreciative. I would also be
interested in journals which, while not entirely devoted to intellectual
property topics, include a substantial number of articles in the area, OR are
in closely related areas, such as software or computer journals.
I look forward to hearing from you and will post the results to the list if
there is any interest.
