Does anyone have any information on something called the "Lincoln
law"? It is supposed to relate to reporting fraud to/in the U.S.
Government. I checked the U.S. Code; Westlaw/Lexis; Black's Law
Dictionary, but came up empty. Any suggestions?Allen Moye
