Is no one distressed by the fact that in New York, at least, the July
cd-rom disks have not arrived? This is the middle of September. I have
talked to customer service 3 times, have been assured that they would be
shipped by the end of the week (each time), and still nothing. I do
understand that there was a problem with the database (?),
BUT
I think there should have been a notice to all subscribers explaining
the problem, and
there should be an automatic credit to all accounts for the missing problem.
I have received August *paper* advance sheets and still have only *June*
in cd-rom.
All this publicity about the bi-weekly updates and PIN numbers is all fine
and dandy, but really.
Is there a problem with any other components in *addition* to NY??
