CEB Frustrations

In response to Dana Jones' question regarding service from CEB recently,
we have had terrible luck with their customer service and standing order
departments. It has been an incredible waste of time trying to
straighten out various billing and shipping errors. I thought I was onto
a supervisor who could help, Kathy Partridge. She described the
situation in their office as chaotic and promised to help.
Unfortunately, she has been too busy to return my call regarding a snarl
up on a standing order that has dragged on for months. Any helpful
suggestions would be appreciated by Carole and I.
