We received the Clark Boardman set ("Limited Liability Companies: Law,
Practice & Forms") on approval several weeks ago. It includes
articles of organization and related forms and an appendix volume that
contains the limited liability laws of the various states. However,
there's an editor's note for New York..."At the time of publication,
there was no enacted Limited Liability Company law for the state of New York.
For further information, please contact the New York Secretary of
State."...so it won't work for Judy right now.
