Thanks to all who responded to my request regarding State Citation
Systems. A couple of people sent the information compiled by John Doyle
(including John) and I really appreciate it.

This information is current as of 1991 -- so if there have been any
changes in your state since 1991 regarding State Citation systems -- I
would still like to hear from you.
